Christmas boutique :

This year marks Franklin County’s 200th Birthday, and to help honor this celebration, the City of Cowan is hosting its 43rd Annual Cowan Christmas Parade entitled 200 Years of Franklin County Christmas’. The parade committee is busy planning fun events that will start Friday, November 30th at 6pm and last through Saturday, December 1st. One of the newest editions to parade weekend is the Christmas Boutique, to be held on both Friday and Saturday, on the second floor of the new restored Monterey Mills building. Merchants are invited to set-up and open to the public on both Friday from 1pm until 9pm and Saturday from 8am until 5pm. This will be held in conjunction with other events going on in downtown Cowan. Booth rentals are $50 for one 12x12 space or $90 for two 12x12 spaces.
