Entry Deadline: Friday, November 16th, 2007 @ 5:00pm
Mail to: Cowan Christmas Parade Committee; PO box 52, Cowan, TN 37318 or return to Cowan City Hall.
Prizes: There will be three categories for judging purposes: Main Street Residential, Off Main Street Residential, and Commercial. Monetary prizes will be awarded to the top entries of each category. Yard plaques will also be awarded to the top entries to showcase display.
Contest Rules:

1. Entries will be judged on size of display, originality, theme, and overall continuity of residential homes.
2. Judging will be done by out of town officials.
3. Judging will be held on November 30th, 2007 beginning at dusk.
4. Winners will be announced during the parade on December 1st.
